SESSION FREQUENCY

I offer a package of 9 sessions which is split into x3 sessions per month. Sessions are 1 hour.

x3 sessions at £150 (£50/hr)

With this package you also receive a free introductory session before we begin work together and a free informal check in 2 months after we finish working together.

Working With You


Sessions are structured to ensure that you get the most out of your coaching sessions.

I offer sessions which will focus on working specifically with what you would like to bring. This could be:

Limiting beliefs: uncovering any limiting beliefs and exploring these

Values: ascertaining what your values are, what inspires you and what drives you

Negative automatic thoughts: taking a look at any negative self talk, finding alternative ways of thinking and building on transforming into a more positive way of thinking and being

Self-esteem: building your self-esteem and accessing your inner wisdom

Focus: instilling focus to move forward and finding more clarity and fulfilment

I’d love to work with you if:

  • You would like to increase your confidence and self-esteem

  • You are ready to start feeling free from overwhelm and stress

  • You’re willing to look at any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back

  • You want to feel more empowered

What I will do:

I will gently hold you accountable for your goals or desires and make sure that together we work towards ensuring that you are on the right track to achieving them and making long lasting change

What You GET:

I offer a complimentary free 30 minute ‘discovery call’- a chance for you to ask me any questions, to gain some clarity on the process and packages I offer and to discuss what you would like to explore in the sessions.

If we decide to work together, you will receive an agreement to sign along with the method of payment. We can then schedule your first session.

Sessions are offered once a week or once a fortnight, and are 1 hour each.

Tools and resources will be shared along the journey if appropriate.

I recommend a minimum of 9 sessions. This time frame is so that we can go deeper, working thoroughly through any areas you feel need exploring, whilst agreeing on a plan that ensures that after our sessions you can reap the rewards of our time working together. I will be fully committed and ask that you are too.

I am able to work via Skype or over the phone, which can be beneficial when you would like to work in the comfort of your own home. All I recommend is that you have a quiet space. I also offer face-to-face sessions, based in North London.
